Extra Fees
You are required to pay for any fees that come along with your selected service you would like your nanny to join. This includes: Purchasing Genie+ or Express pass for your nanny, resort parking, character meals, and special ticketed events such as holiday themed after-hours events, marathon events, etc. ✨Any extra purchased food or drinks is greatly appreciate but not required.

Booking Fees
Upon booking your date and time slot are secured for you and your family. You are responsible for paying for the full duration of the booking, even if you do not use all of the hours. If you are running late you are responsible for paying for your assigned time slot. If you are more than 15 min late you will be charged a 30 min late period to cover our expenses. After 30 min you will be charged a late fee in 15 min increments. If the Nanny is past 15 min late the family is offered an extension first, then a refund.

Resort/Park Nanny
At Spellbound Nannies, we strive to provide high-quality and reliable childcare services. That’s why each resort/park nanny we consider hiring must undergo a thorough vetting process. This includes, but is not limited to, background checks, reference verification, and detailed interviews. Our dedication to selecting the most competent candidates guarantees peace of mind for parents and their little ones.

Local In-Home Nanny
Our Local In-Home Nanny service in Orlando, FL offers fully screened and qualified nannies for part-time or full-time in-home childcare. Families pay a fee for our rigorous screening process and the placement of an experienced nanny, with salary negotiations to be arranged directly between the family and the nanny. After the initial month, if the arrangement isn’t ideal, families can return for a discounted rate to try another nanny. Nannies interested in these positions must meet specific qualifications tailored to in-home childcare requirements.
$800 Placement fee
When Should I Book My Nanny?
We suggest at minimum you do this around your 30-60 day of using your theme park reservation window.
The best time to book your nanny is when you have an idea of what date(s), start time(s), and # of hours you’d prefer.
Reservations:
We are subject to the same reservation system that any theme park may have. If we cannot reserve a reservation, you will have three options:
- Purchase the ticket for your Nanny.
- You will be refunded for the booking.
- You can choose to switch to our resort services
Extra Time/Holiday Hours
If you’re having too much fun and you’d like to add some extra time, you are more than welcome to ask your nanny if they can stay later than scheduled. Our nannies may have other obligations and always have the right to refuse. If you’d like to add an extra day(s) or extend time prior to your booking date it is best to email spellboundnannies@gmail.com to request the extra hours (this is never guaranteed and based on availability) but we will do our best to accommodate.
Holiday availability is upon request. There is a $10/hr upcharge when booking on a major / Federal holiday. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Martin Luther King Day).
