What’s your cancellation policy?

Refund Policy: Payment due in full at time of booking. Due to availability you have one week from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund. After one week passes payment turns into a credit to be used in one year from the time of purchase. We do this to discourage families from changing dates.

How much does a Nanny cost?

$45 Hr resort or park
$800 month for In-home screened Nanny

How am I paired with a Nanny?

We will match you with a Nanny based off of your family’s needs.

Will I have the same Nanny if I plan on needing multiple days?

We will do our best to accommodate the days your family requires with one nanny but if we can’t we will do our best to fill it with the fewest amount of Nannies possible.

Do I tip my Nanny?

Tipping is not required but Nannies do appreciate it.

What do I do if I need to change plans?

Contact Spellbound immediately once you know your new times and days and we will check with your Nanny. If you’re already assigned to a nanny that can’t accommodate your new schedule we will do our best to re match you with a Nanny who can. Please keep in mind if you change your dates and or times after the initial one week refund window you’re offered only credit for a year from your initial booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted, there will be a 4% charge added.

How do you screen your Nannies?

After an in person interview, thorough background check, and reference check only qualified Nannies will be offered a position at Spellbound. Also all Nannies are required to have current First Aid & CPR Certification.

How do I communicate with my Nanny?

Once you’ve been matched with your nanny, your nanny will reach out to you via text.
